Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the set-up and management of test environments.  Monitors and coordinates release management to quality assurance (QA) test environments.

Responsible for analyzing functionality of software applications information technology hardware.  Designs automated tests to validate performance of software applications and information technology hardware.

Collaborates with software design team to discuss verification protocols.

Identifies software application weaknesses and target areas.

Sketched out ideas for automated software test procedures.

Reviews software bug reports and identifies problem areas.

Writes automation scripts and implements software applications.

Reviews software programming code and automation scripts.

Identifies quality issues and create test reports.

Collaborates with the software design team to solve application faults.

Provides training and guidance and assigns tasks to less experienced staff members and contractors.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent.

3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance and/or software development.

Advanced programming experience with QA automation frameworks.

Must have experience leading QA activities related to testing complex systems with multiple integration points to include coordination of both on shore and off-shore resources.

Must have QA experience working on eCommerce, mobile, and OMS systems.

The pay ranges outlined below are presented in accordance with state-specific regulations. These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.
