Nokia Cloud Operations Manager (NCOM) R&D in P&E Automation R&D organization, which is part of the CNS business group. NCOM product is an Intelligent orchestration for infrastructure and any levels of workload: platform, application and suite. Supports Hybrid multi-cluster infra LCM and configuration (Match-Create-Scale ). Automated workload LCM on all levels (Platform-App-Suite), Observability, telemetry, metering and closed loop (Discover-Monitor-Act)

 

Requirements:                                                                                       

BE or BTech in engineering, telecommunications, computer science or an equivalent education with 5 - 9 years of experience in software testing. Proficiency in one or more scripting languages: Python, Shell, JavaScript Familiar with automation testing frameworks and methodologies: Cypress, Robot, Jmeter Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with RedHat OpenShift platform Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban. Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI for continuous integration and delivery. Strong knowledge of Linux environments and command-line interfaces. Familiarity with basic networking concepts, API design and RESTful services. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be a team player, comfortable working with global teams and in remote settings.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for application deployment and management. Proficiency in using Helm and kpt and familiarity with Kubernetes best practices for scaling, networking, and resource management. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and methodologies.
