**Description** LEAD QA NSIS TECHNICIAN Responsibilities: + Knowledgeable in production areas of the department, including product flow, specs, and quality. + Knowledgeable of all positions on the hot side for the QA department. + Supervise QA employees. + Monitor and ensure proper procedures, safety, and cleanliness of production of product. + Perform various quality control functions, including but not limited to, line inspection and audits. + Inspect various product to assure compliance with Company specifications. + Other duties as assigned Qualifications: + High School Diploma or GED equivalent + Experience working in Quality Assurance + Ability to communicate in English (both written and verbally) + Communicate comfortably with management + Computer skills + Production experience, preferred in a food processing facility + Good people skills, ability to work well with others + Leadership skills + Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation + You may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
