The Qualifier is responsible for qualifying leads and re-profiling Multichannel customers by telephone. Tasks are focused on identification of revenue potential with Suspects and existing Multichannel account customers and initiating rank-up of MCA customers with revenue potential above MC revenue threshold.
\n\n\nKey Activities:\n\n\n\nUndertake any projects/duties related to the LQ role.\nCalls leads as assigned by SFA system.\nCalls Multichannel customers for re-profiling/rank up as prioritized by Multichannel Coordinator.\nNotifies sales executive of development lead when needed.\nEnsure co-operation with other members of the sales team and throughout the sales force.\n\nYOUR PROFILE:\n\n\n\n\nExhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.\n\n\nAnalyzes and resolves complex cross-functional issues.\n\nWell-developed relationship skills and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.\nTelephone Skills\nCommunication skills (English and local language), spoken and written
