Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Follow all Company safety, GMP, and HACCP policies Documentation of Hold Products rejected and/or released using QA Hold Procedures and QAN databaseTrack pallets to have additional product pulled when non-conformances are foundConduct Warehouse audit dailyInspect all lines for product and packaging for compliance to specificationsProvide guidance to SQC’s on quality packaging and scheduling issuesWrite performance evaluations for Section Quality CoordinatorsInput daily testing results in QA database each shiftHousekeeping in the lab and completion of duties on Master Cleaning scheduleRun labels according to production schedule and documentPerform other testing as neededInform Shift Managers, Team Leads, and Quality Assurance department of any problems with production or packagingAssist in the disposition of non-conforming product in the holding area.
