We are looking for a Lead Quality Automation Engineer  to join our growing team in United States!

 

Role -  Lead Quality Automation Engineer 

Location - Remote (US) 

Key Responsibilities - 

Define the Quality Engineering test strategy.  Liaise w/ offshore resources as needed Accountable and responsible for Quality Engineering scope. Manage customer, onshore and offshore communication.  Partner with customer to prioritize work and reduce possibility of blockages. Support new team member onboarding to reduce impact on customer. Participate in daily stand-up meetings, update status and risks, and share daily status report and weekly status report  Leads effort to build automation framework, create automation scripts and peer reviews the test scripts. Suggests Optimization and value-adds towards cycle time reduction in execution.

Establishes key metrics.

Implement and document best practices.  Reviews existing test material and toolset to provide enhancement recommendations where relevant. Manage customer witness testing. Strong hands on experience/Programming skills using Cypress Should have good experience in Git lab  Hands on experience in setting up running & integrating automated tests through CI/CD pipeline Hands-on experience in designing and implementing large-scale Test Automation Frameworks and solutions. Experienced in at least one leading automation tool Selenium Working experience in keyword, data driven, hybrid and BDD frameworks  Ability to hit the ground running and self-starters
