Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies (functional & automated) to ensure software quality across the development lifecycle. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define quality metrics, identify areas for improvement, and align on project goals. Collaborate with Teams: Work with business analysts, and stakeholders to provide data solutions that drive actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Design and Develop Data Pipelines: Build and optimize data pipelines to efficiently process and move large volumes of data from various sources into centralized systems. Data Integration and Transformation: Implement ETL processes to ensure data is accurate, timely, and ready for analysis. Optimize Data Storage: Ensure data is stored efficiently and at scale using modern architectures like data lakes, data warehouses, and cloud storage solutions. Ensure Data Quality: Apply data validation techniques to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity across the pipeline. Automate Processes: Streamline and automate data tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual errorsPreferred Skills:
Hands-on expertise in Data Analytics, ETL testing, API testing, and Selenium automation for data validation. Design and execute test strategies for ETL workflows, data transformations, and pipelines, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and completeness. Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks for functional and regression testing. Proficiency in SQL, Python, Kafka, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Expertise in API testing using Postman, SoapUI, RestAssured, with strong knowledge of REST & SOAP services. Database validation expertise in SQL, Snowflake, GCP, Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and performance. Experience with test management tools (Jira, Zephyr, TestRail) for test case management and defect tracking. CI/CD Integration: Embedding automation tests in Jenkins, GitLab, and other CI/CD pipelines. Establish and maintain QA best practices to enhance testing efficiency and product quality. Agile/Scrum experience: Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Min of 7+ years of QA experience with at least 4+ years in leading a Data Analytics and ETL test team Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Why Join Us?
