The aim of this\nposition: Build the TIM application analysis capability in electronics material\nlab.
Job description:
Build up lab capability and lead the thermal management material\nand application evaluation, set up and perform thermal measurements using\ndirect and indirect methods.
Participates in research and development activities to\nunderstand customer specification, design, theory and verification process.
Guide the TIM product design on formulation and process\noptimization, lead the technical engagement with customers to build the\ncorrelation between device testing and material testing and facilitate the product iteration.
Problem solving and root cause identification for customer\non material and application analysis.
Collect information of competitors, end users and\nindustries, monitor competitors’ activities and make analysis/proposals for\ncounteraction.
Work with global / local commercial and technical team on opportunity\npipeline development and support activities
Qualifications:
Master degree or above in electronics\nmaterials, engineering thermophysics, electronics, polymer, materials, chemical,\nor related.
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in electronics industry,\nand 3 years on thermal design, thermal analysis or thermal\nmanagement material evaluation.
Strong theoretical background in thermal management and heat\ntransfer. Familiar with thermal management materials on their properties,\nspecifications, and testing methods.
Ability to perform thermal measurements using direct and\nindirect methods. Experienced in thermal simulation software would be a real\nasset but it is not mandatory to perform the work
Open mind and quick learning. Innovative in problem solving\nand root cause analysis.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Fluent oral English as a working language
