THE JOB:
As a Lead Receptionist, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your commitment to ensuring efficient daily operations lays the foundation for unforgettable memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences alongside maintaining a pristine environment, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.
THE STARTING RATE: $16
THE SCHEDULE: Full Time
Hours of Operation
Mon to Sun: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
ARIA Spa and Salon
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Provide individualized experiences by engaging with guests, personalizing service recommendations and efficiently booking services
Cultivate premium guest experiences that promote guest retention, through the recommendation of service enhancements, upgrades, and promotion of retail products
Ensure timely and professional resolution of any guest related challenges and/or concerns
Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring superior guest experience
Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
Maintain awareness of the Spa and Salon Department Goal Board, Market Metrix Board, and overall hotel objectives
Monitor the Call Center and Reception Desk to ensure cleanliness and re-organize as necessary
Enforce the maintenance, and proper utilization of hotel property and equipment
Report any opportunities for improvement to Spa & Salon Leadership
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Currently holds or is able to obtain both a Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Awareness Card
Has a flexible schedule and the ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
Has prior experience working in a leadership role within a spa or salon setting
Has prior experience using Opera and Zenoti software systems
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate
Is team-centric and personable with a professional appearance and demeanor
