Lead Regional Network Engineer

Job description About the job Serve as the primary contact for entities joining or part of Shared Offices, ensuring seamless network integration. Lead network troubleshooting efforts, mentor team members, and conduct root cause analysis of complex issues. Act as the regional network expert, overseeing operations mainly for the Singapore Telco node and potentially other nodes. Manage on-site operations and network-related projects for the Singapore Telco Node, ensuring successful implementation. Ensure regional compliance with central network standards and raise any deviations. Capture and escalate new network topics from entities to the central team. Develop and implement network security strategies in collaboration with security teams. Design and evolve the Shared Offices Network in APAC in line with central strategy and policies. Architect and oversee the deployment of enterprise-level network devices (firewalls, switches, wireless access points). Analyze network traffic and performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks or security risks. About you A minimum of 7 years' in-depth experience in network administration, including roles involving leadership or mentorship. Expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.), network security principles, and firewall technologies (Cisco/Huawei Routers, Switches, Meraki MX/MS, FortiGate, Palo Alto Networks). Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills capable of swiftly resolving intricate network disruptions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, effective with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven experience in a multinational and complex organizational setting, working across diverse teams. Customer-focused approach with a commitment to problem-solving and continuous service enhancement. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in leading P1/P2 Incidents to aid in the resolution of network incidents.
