**We are currently looking for an enthusiastic RVN to join our team as a Lead RVN.** In this role you will be a key member of the nurse leadership team, working collaboratively with your Team and the senior leadership team - Practice manager (PM) and Clinical Director (CD), to passionately deliver quality patient care, and unrivaled client experience through teamwork, clear communication and utilisation of your knowledge and skills. You will ensure that patients are managed effectively from a nursing perspective to support the financial health of the practice. You will provide direct line management to allocated members of the nursing team.
