GovCIO is currently hiring for a Lead Relativity Infrastructure SME/eDiscovery SME to support our client’s contract needs. This position is located in Washington, DC area and will be full remote position.
Responsibilities Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting eDiscovery platforms in support of the eDiscovery group, currently but not limited to the eDiscovery platform RelativityManage and troubleshoot RelativityDaily management of Relativity environment uptimeAnalysis of the network teams operating system and network updates for impacts to the current eDiscovery platform, currently RelativityResearch and deployment of Relativity server and application patchesIn-depth server troubleshooting, to include Relativity and virtual machine log analysis QualificationsBachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)
Required Skills and Experience
Experience managing eDiscovery program Expert knowledge of the Relativity Processing Console (RPC) for Relativity Processing troubleshootingExpert knowledge of certificate creation, deployment and maintenance in a highly secure environment.Experience planning and execution of regular Relativity server upgrades to result in negligible environmental downtime.Flexibility to perform Relativity application server maintenance and troubleshooting during odd hours as needed, sometimes well outside a normal workweek (e.g. late nights and/or weekends).The ability to persist in troubleshooting difficult issues until resolution.The ability to provide timely: resolutions, agile responses to tasks, responses to requests,
Clearance Required: Must be able to acquire and maintain an active HUD Public Trust
Preferred Skills and Experience
The individual shall be highly dependable, self-starting, and use active rather than passive means to perform assigned tasks.Relativity infrastructure certification highly preferred, but 7-10 years of Relativity infrastructure maintenance experience may be substituted.Experience with Cellebrite and/or certifications Company Overview

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
