Lead Renewals Account Representative

Your Impact:

Renewal sales account rep will be is responsible for renewing contracts for Product for small, midsized to large enterprise customers for India region. Apart from contract renewal, the renewal sales account rep will need grow the contract base by expansion and upselling Premium support.

The Renewal sales rep will be primarily responsible for ensuring the target support renewal rate for existing small/medium/Enterprise-sized customers in their assigned territory. He/she needs to assure that all renewals are completed prior to expiration, passing leads up to Partner Sales Channel for additional service opportunities, and closing the loop for all customer interactions by providing education on the Support offering and scope. He/she will have to work with license team for upgrade/upsell opportunity and go for joint pursuit calls. As part of role you will be required to meet key stakeholders at customer account for face-to-face meeting. Work on risk mitigation plan and close plan.

 

What the role offers:

Knowledge about product, service, solution and differentiators between own offerings and what competitor's offerings.Ability Work with the client up to IT management level.Leveraging the Customer Success manager to enhance the customer experience and improve adoption.Conducting monthly cadence call for top accounts with internal stakeholders and customers.Regular check on the version currency of the customer and educate them to upgrade to the latest version available.Identify “at-risk” renewal clients early in the cycle and define issues inhibiting a successful, timely renewal and ensure high volumes of customer retention.Product knowledge of ITOM ADM and Cybersecurity. Manage renewal sales pipeline 2 qtrs. in advance.Regular use of SFDC updating deal profile and forecasting accurately.Develop strategy to achieve quota.Ability to engage extensively in Top accounts with regular face to face meeting.Ability to work effectively and proactively in a cross-functional team environment, including management, field sales, implementation, and related internal staff to move renewal process to successful close.Collect, analyse and report date from various internal systems with end goal of ensuring retention of the install base.Manage large accounts renewals and maintain / build relationships with business users and    procurements and C-level mgt.Focus on Govt and BFSI sector managing revenue of 4.5mn USD to 5.5 mn USD across 200+ contracts.  

 

         

What you need to succeed:

University or bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum experience of  8-13 years of experience in specialty sales /renewal sales preferred.Traveling to meet customers face to face.Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of business customers and higher-level customer interface.Solid communication and presentation skills within IT at the manager levelTakes initiative and uses all available resources.Strong analytical skills and should have good knowledge of excel.Effectively manages time and priorities to meet service levels.Self-motivated focused and driven to achieve goals.Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.Demonstrated ability to work in collaboration with others to achieve goals.
