The Lead RPA/FC role is a highly skilled and experienced in the replenishment space and can work in any product category within Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. This role requires experience with our current Replenishment system and ability to become proficient in the entire Centerbox suite. The lead RPA/FC will work within existing RP teams to coach, train, and reinforce best practices amongst the Replenishment team while maintaining a small area of responsibility. This role will also onboard and train new RPAs joining the team. With this lead position, you have the opportunity to network, be exposed to multiple businesses and leaders, sharpen your capabilities around storytelling and building credibility and trust with new partners, and share learnings from other areas to help make improvements.
A day in the life…
Act as a Subject Matter Expert within the Replenishment space; Train, coach and mentor new RPAs and Forecasters.Manage a small replenishment business to continue to develop proficiency in the new Centerbox RP suite of tools.Proactively look for opportunities and advocate for solutions to ensure processes will support the business needs.Partner with Sr. Managers on division-specific needs and projects; provide insight and recommendations to support the development of the teams and lean in on people development where needed.Partner with other Lead RPAs across division and the BPM (Business Process Manager group) to support ongoing company initiativesShow flexibility to support the business amidst changing priorities.You own this if you have…

Washington: $92,000 - $155,000 AnnuallyThis position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
