What you will do

As the Lead Research Analyst, Enterprise Portfolio, you will play a critical role in impacting the enterprise portfolio across Stryker. Primary responsibilities include designing, executing, and analyzing research data needed for the enterprise priorities and other enterprise initiatives in the Enterprise Portfolio. This person will work with team members to support the data driven decisions and visualizations of the highly impactful opportunities the Enterprise Portfolio team executes. They will work closely with other members of Enterprise Portfolio and collaborate with various leaders across Stryker business units, divisions, and functions to generate data-driven insights and support alignment in achieving enterprise priority objectives.

Conducts scoping discussion with business partners to collect contextual information and identify business problem.Assists in the planning, design and implementation of a research project.Drives external research relevant to enterprise priorities such as gaining competitive analysis and surveillance through various channels (may include conference calls, earnings updates, analyst reports, tradeshows and partnering with relevant Stryker departments to leverage their knowledge in this area.)Deploys different research approaches and methodologies Including the most common types of qualitative and quantitative research: focus groups, one-on-one interviews, conjoint analysis and cluster analysis.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to build partnership to achieve business objectives.Supports in managing project logistics as necessary.  Creates a standardized way to track KPIs, synthesize data, and drive consistent reporting to the business and key stakeholders.Consistently seeks to validate the opportunities for the corporation by testing that it motivates customer behavior and/or creates value for the organization.Assists in preparing charts, graphs, tables, and other toolsDelivers high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities.

What you need
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of work experience required; 2+ years market research experience preferred.
• Excel experience required; PowerBI experience preferred.

$75,300 - $156,900 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 20%
