You will lead a team of RPA developers, collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and drive the successful implementation of automation projects. **Key Duties and Responsibilities:** + Lead a team of RPA developers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. + Collaborate with clients to identify automation opportunities and develop tailored RPA solutions. + Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots using industry-leading tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere (A360), Power Automate, Blue Prism, UiPath). + Perform end-to-end testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions to ensure quality standards. + Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to enhance team capabilities. + Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. + Manage project timelines effectively to deliver successful automation projects. + Document RPA solutions, processes, and user guides for clients. **Required Qualifications:** + Proven experience as an RPA developer, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role. + Strong expertise in RPA tools and technologies (e.g., Automation Anywhere (A360), Power Automate), with relevant certifications. + Experience with RESTful services, API Gateways, and Postman. + Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence. + Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python. + Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions. + Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. + Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. + Understanding of Large Language Models and Generative AI solutions. **Preferred Skills:** + Demonstrated ability to be a team player and willingness to assist with any project. + High level of initiative and dedication, with the ability to work well under pressure. + Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a high degree of flexibility. + Effective time management skills. + Outstanding customer service and interaction skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. + Ability to take full ownership and responsibility for problems, both individually and as part of a team. + Consistent follow-up until problems are resolved or projects are completed. + Ability to manage expectations by keeping customers informed regarding status and timing. + Ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
