As a Lead Sales Front Desk at MVW, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.

As a Lead Sales Front Desk, a typical day will include:  

Engages with hotel guests at desk locations and provides elevated customer service. 

Documents the distribution of premiums (gifts) in computer software systems.    

Distributes gifts to guests upon completion of the sales presentation.   

Serves as a technical expert for team members.  

Conducts quality assurance checks when needed.  

Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally.  

Creates, logs, and expedites premiums (gifts) for site marketing programs.   

 

Guest Experience and Company Standards 

Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs. 

Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. 

Contribute to team goals. 

Always follow company policies and safety procedures. 

 

To Become a Lead Sales Front Desk at MVW:  

Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.  

Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends. 

Telemarketing, and/or sales experience preferred.  

Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.  

Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. 

May be asked to operate company vehicles following our company policies and standards (including but not limited to golf carts).
