Lead Sales Representative

The  Lead Sales Representative will provide\nregional leadership and strategy for the Mining, Minerals & Metals vertical within LATAM Region. Identify customer demands before they become challenges. Use leadership\nand subject matter expertise to influence customers & pre-qualify\nHoneywell at an early stage. Participate strategy planning,\ncustomer negotiations, work closely with the pole sales team and\nVP GMs. Provide vertical specific input for product development. Ensure\nthat Honeywell achieves a leading market position.

As well as develop\nhigh-level and strategic customer relationships that influences buying\ndecisions. Drive pole\nlevel strategic engagements and work with sales to develop and execute\nopportunity level actions. Drive VOCs and provide\nvaluable input for new offerings. Develop the needed knowledge\nand skills within the vertical pole team.

Key\nResponsibilities

Strategic\n Growth Planning: Formulate growth strategies in collaboration with\n Pole/Region VP GMs to achieve the vertical’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

AOP: Drive and achieve AOP.\n Ensure that AOP is tracked, reported and immediate corrective actions are\n taken.
Business Plans: Develop\n comprehensive business plans that are reviewed and updated on a quarterly\n basis, ensuring a robust drive toward achieving the vertical’s AOP.

Pipeline\n Development: Ensure a 3x opportunity pipeline across the pole/region.

Customer\n Relationships: Establish and nurture customer relationships, emphasizing the\n acquisition of new accounts and logos opportunities

Collaboration\n & Relationship Building: Engage with the Mining, Minerals\n & Metals Technical Network, including Solution Consultants, Solution\n Architects, and Business Development teams. Prioritize\n establishing relationships with new clientele.

Market\n Engagement: Proactively participate in Mining, Minerals & Metals focused\n conferences and events, regional technical days, and customer workshops.\n Develop the strategic marketing and communications plan.

Pricing &\n Engagement: Craft competitive pricing strategies and drive cross-SBG\n engagements at the regional level.
Strategic\n Alliances: Provide direction to the Sales, Business Development teams and VP\n GMs to synchronize Go-To-Market strategies, campaigns, and other outreach\n initiatives for heightened portfolio awareness.

Lead strategic\n Engagements: In specific situations, be responsible for Customer &\n vendor negotiations
Best Practices\n & Collaboration: Synergize with other Verticals, BTI Leaders, and\n offer management leaders to employ regional best practices and strategies.

Partnership\n Management: Identify and foster strategic alliances with third-party entities\n essential for pioneering business models.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree. MBA and/or master’s degree preferred
10+ of\nexperience in Automation, Digital Solutions, and Industry\n4.0 technologies
7+\nyears of experience in the mining, minerals, or metals sectors.
Proven\nexperience in selling and business development in the Region/Pole
Strong\ncustomer-facing skills
Financial\nmanagement and business reporting
Experience\nin influencing and indirectly managing teams of senior professionals,\nexperience in leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Strategic\nThinking: Ability to develop and implement business growth strategies, with a\nfocus on expanding market share and increasing profitability in the LATAM\nregion.
Communication\nSkills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and\nSpanish. Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical\nstakeholders.
Cultural\nAwareness: Understanding of the cultural and business practices in the LATAM\nregion, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural\nenvironment.
