Lead Sales Support Specialist, Spine

Johnson Johnson is seeking a Lead Sales Support Specialist to join our Orthopedics Commercial Operations (Spine) team located in Raynham, MA; West Chester, PA; Raritan, NJ; Warsaw, IN or Remote.

The Sales Support team has the responsibility to develop and deploy strategies that increase sales performance and drive growth objectives through ensuring appropriate inventory resources are optimized throughout the US market. The team supports field sales management in achieving optimal inventory efficiency by applying advanced analytics. The team is the liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain relative to end-to-end efficient order / purchase order management.

This Lead Specialist will act as player/coach providing guidance to key business partners and play an integral role in helping the Spine platform unlock their full potential. This role will manage a team, drive base business objectives, and support projects through effective leadership.

The role directly contributes to achieving sales objectives and has a high level of interaction with Sales Leadership at multiple levels.

Responsibilities:

Required:

Minimum of 5 years business experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, or Inventory Management and/or related experienceAbility to make effective oral and written presentations that result in meeting the departmental goals/objectivesAbility to influence and develop interdependent partnering which results in meeting departmental objectivesExperience in data management, analytics and visualization, with proven track record to connect the analysis to insights that inspire actionExperience in field sales communication and interactionsExperience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service)Ability to work independentlyCreative problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Ability to apply knowledge of inventory systems to analyze product launches and inventory utilization Strong digital literacy used in business reporting preferred, including PowerBI and/or TableauAdvanced Excel capabilities (macros, linking of files), applied to inventory analysisExperience with field inventory management

Other:

Domestic travel up to 25%

The anticipated base pay range for this position in the US is $90,000 to $144,900.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
