As a Lead Salesforce Developer, you will be using LWC, Triggers, Classes, Validation Rules, and Layouts to analyze, design, and develop new features in Salesforce. You will be a valued member of our Salesforce Practice.

In this role, you will Work closely with business customers and multiple teams to propose and design optimistic solutions in Salesforce. Implement solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions that improve processes and productivity. Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications. Build Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company's programs. Develop custom applications using Salesforce. com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

7+ years in Salesforce configuration, customization, development, deployment using Salesforce.com. Solid technical background in Salesforce configuration and customization using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Integrations. Experience with Salesforce DevOps standard processes. Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business customers. Salesforce Certifications like Admin, Platform Developer I.

What will help you stand out (preferred skills)

Prior experience in Commercial Banking Platform Developer II Certification.
