Your Opportunity as Sanitation Lead

Location:  Arkadelphia, AR

Work Arrangements: 2 pm to 10 pm, weekends and sometimes 6 pm to 6 am

In this role you will:  

Lead and manage the sanitation team to ensure cleanliness and safety of the facilityDevelop and implement sanitation procedures that comply with industry and regulatory standardsConduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas that need cleaning and maintenanceMonitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipmentTrain and educate sanitation team on proper procedures and safety protocolsCollaborate with departments to ensure sanitation procedures do not interfere with production schedulesDocument and maintain records of sanitation procedures and inspectionsInvestigate and resolve any sanitation related complaints or issues

What we are looking for:  

Minimum Requirements: 

At least two years of sanitation experience or a related fieldKnowledge of sanitation regulations and proceduresAbility to develop and implement sanitation programs and protocolsStrong leadership skills and experience in managing a team

Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and managementDetail oriented and able to maintain accurate records and documentationAbility to identify and solve problems in a timely and effective mannerFlexibility to work flexible and varied shifts as needed
