The SLPG Central Scheduling Team Lead is functions primarily as a scheduler and supports the SLPG Central Scheduling Supervisor with daily operations of the SLPG Central Scheduling Team.

Function as a scheduler and consistently exceed all productivity and quality metrics.Assign scheduler to other duties based on call volume.Ensure schedulers log in on time and manage staff breaks and pauses.Field scheduling and pre-registration questions from the schedulers.Escalate issues to the SLPG Central Scheduling Supervisor.Will support Supervisor in evaluating scheduler performance.Will support the training of new schedulers.Other duties as assigned.
