Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking experienced Lead Schedulers / Master Schedulers to join our team at the Y12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and integrating complex schedules for high-profile projects, ensuring baseline change control, and applying Earned Value Management principles. This position requires substantial experience in scheduling, particularly within the weapons sector, and a high level of expertise with Primavera P6. ACTIVE Q CLEARANCE OR EQUIVALENT IS REQUIRED!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and integrate project schedules to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines. Implement baseline change control processes and monitor Earned Value to track project performance. Coordinate with project teams to align schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts. Provide detailed scheduling reports and updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

10-15 years of scheduling experience in complex projects, with a strong background in weapons or defense-related projects. Proficiency with Primavera P6 for scheduling and project management. Ability to integrate schedules and manage baseline change control effectively. Q-Clearance or equivalent DoD clearance is required.
