Summary: A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Technical Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across application development teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong software engineering, DevOps, or data background who can guide Agile practices while actively engaging in technical discussions. This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of Agile, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with developers, architects, and product owners. Key Responsibilities: * Technical Scrum Master will serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams * Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) * Leverage technical knowledge to engage in architecture, APIs, data flows, and system dependencies * Partner with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and ensure stories are technically clear and actionable * Ensure stories are technically actionable and support delivery predictability * As a Technical Scrum Master, you will promote CI/CD, test automation, clean code, and engineering best practices * Track and improve team performance metrics (velocity, quality, predictability) * Support cross-team planning and production readiness
