Lead Server Key Responsibilities:

Provide courteous, prompt service to our guestsSuccessfully adhere to Emily’s Steps of ServiceAccurately enter guest orders into Breadcrumb (POS system)Demonstrate full knowledge of menu and beverage offeringsPersonalize the guest experience through attentive service and thoughtful suggestionsCommunicate dietary restrictions and special requests clearly to culinary staffPerform opening and closing dutiesHelp maintain a clean and presentable work environmentMaintain a positive, outgoing demeanor during servicePromote safety for yourself, your team, and our guests at all timesAdhere to company policies and proceduresSupport management by training, mentoring, and onboarding new serversLead by example during service, offering guidance and answering questions as neededHelp maintain consistency in service quality across the team

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year serving experience in a high-volume restaurant operationPrior experience demonstrating excellent customer service, cash handling, and problem-solving skillsResponsible alcohol service knowledgeAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressureStrong teamwork and communication skillsPassion for hospitality and a love of the food & beverage industryFlexible schedule availabilityAbility to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 lbsAbility to stand or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
