The Lead Server delivers exemplary dining service to residents and guests, ensuring that their dining experience is professional as well as warm and inviting.
Pay: $19-$21/hr
Availability: Wednesday-Sunday 11:30AM-7:30PM
What will I do every day?
Promote a hospitality focused culture in all dining venuesServe as liaison between guests, residents and kitchen staffCreate a climate of hospitality through coaching, mentoring and teambuildingRecord production and operational data as requiredAssist in the creation of effective schedules
What will I need to be successful in this role?
