Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical services, customer interaction, and team leadership. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and installing electrical devices, as well as managing work tickets and customer communications.

ResponsibilitiesCommunicate effectively with customers.Install and maintain panels, transformers, and other electrical devices.Change out lighting, switches, and receptacles as needed.Open and close work tickets.Troubleshoot and make necessary repairs.Schedule work and complete estimates.Essential SkillsMinimum of 10 years of electrical service experience.Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing electrical devices.Experience interacting with customers to answer questions and explain processes.Proficiency with OSHA 30, lift operation, Procore, Autodesk, and arc flash.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with BIM360, Procore, and Autodesk.Experience leading a team of up to 10 service technicians.OSHA 30 certification is preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This position involves 90% travel, with the contractor reporting to the shop and riding with service technicians during the contract-to-hire period. Upon permanent hire, a company vehicle will be provided. Work will be conducted on commercial and industrial job sites, including existing buildings, renovations, and new constructions. Daily work varies based on project needs, and the candidate could be stationed at one site for two months or move between sites in a matter of hours. Ideal candidates have 10-20 years of experience and are looking to transition from hands-on work to customer interaction and team leadership.

This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
