Summary

The Lead Shared Services Coordinator will provide administrative and accounting support for the Organic Trading domestic business.  The core responsibilities will include payment/invoice processing for domestic rail and truck movements – accounts receivable/collection follow-up and business support.  

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Purchase/Sales Settlement Processing- includes ticket entry and contract application Farmer Payment Processing Accounting for Inventory locations- ticket entry, settlement processing, and reconciliation of inventory Review/correction of ticket interface issues Work with the merchandisers and scheduling planners to investigate load order discrepancies Assist with the research and resolution of past due accounts receivable Minimum Education High School Diploma or GED required  AA Degree in Accounting or course work in accounting preferred  Experience Requirements 5 - 7 years of related business experience Understanding of standard software applications Excellent office, customer service, and written and oral communication skills Strong math and analytical skills  Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another May need to access files, supplies, and equipment Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment
