The Lead Software Engineer will be a hands-on developer responsible for assisting with optimizing the user experience for SharePoint online.  This person will work well in a team environment collaborating with various teams.  This person will also be responsible for translating business and technical needs into creative designs.

Job Responsibilities:Customize and extend the SharePoint Online experience by using React.JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and other technologies.Create front-end custom web parts, apps and solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize the user experience using React components for SharePoint Online including PnP libraries.Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, custom forms, and flows to meet business requirements and optimize user experience.Create web parts, lists/library, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management.Implement, deploy, package, and maintain the new internal associate portal in SharePoint.Troubleshoot, debug, and provide ongoing maintenance of the internal associate portal.Update documentation, processes, and knowledge articles as needed.
