Lead Site Analyst
Description We are on the lookout for a Lead Support Technician to join our team in New Haven County, Connecticut. This role will be pivotal in advancing our technical capabilities, leading others, and ensuring the efficient operation and security of our computer systems. As a Lead Site Analyst, you will provide technical assistance, handle software and hardware issues, and manage the release of software, hardware, and operating system updates. Responsibilities: • Lead the installation of new software releases and system upgrades, coordinating with leadership for planning, design, and scheduling. • Provide technical assistance to users across a variety of software and hardware products. • Work towards resolving hardware-related challenges and see technical issues through resolution, seeking support when necessary. • Maintain the organization's computer systems and associated peripheral equipment, including installation and configuration. • Collaborate with the backup team to maintain backups and monitor systems, ensuring data integrity. • Uphold operating efficiency and stability, ensuring the security and integrity of all systems and data. • Respond promptly to system outages and other issues. • Assist in the development and implementation of standard IT concepts, practices, and procedures. • Enhance processes and technical documentation, create back-up procedures, test plans, and reports. • Prioritize and respond to service requests, providing escalation support to the support staff when required. • Carry out other tasks as assigned Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role • Proficient in Cisco Technologies • Proficient in Citrix Technologies • Able to operate and troubleshoot Windows and Mac Computers • Knowledgeable in Microsoft tools and software • Experience in managing Active Directory • Proficient in handling Apple Devices • Solid understanding of Computer Hardware • Skilled in Configuration Management • Experienced in managing and executing Deployments Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
