Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesQualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Computer Science or related fields.You have an experience of 12 - 15 years at a minimum designing and developing software.Strong knowledge at least one technology stack (Java, .Net, etc.).Deep understanding of at least one of the leading platform technologies (Cloud, Microsoft, Linux, etc.).Good experience on in handling open-source components.Experience in working on Microservices will be an added advantage.Ability to frame architectural decisions, provide technology leadership & direction.Experience in designing, architecting and implementing complex solutions.Strong understanding on distributed architecture.Demonstrate and evangelize best practices for coding and team processes.Ability to work with a multi - technology / cross - functional teams and customer stakeholders.Experience in technology areas related to Cloud computing, IoT, AI/ML, DevSecOps, scripting languages, database.Hands on work on Windows and Linux Platforms.Worked in an Agile environment.
What You Need to SucceedLead technology selection, architecture, and planning activities. Participate in full development cycle from system inception through release.Possess and or very quickly develop hands-on familiarity with the code base and existing products.Work with product organization to develop and integrate innovative solutions.Follow industry trends and developments to rapidly absorb new knowledge bases and incorporate them into new and existing architectures.Evolve our DevOps CI/CD strategy.Identify and evaluate potential risks in systems in relation to data integrity, security and disaster recovery and other non-functional requirements.Research, evaluate, and prototype new methodologies, technologies, and products, propose and follow through with improvements in processes and tools.Develop deep understanding of the customer context while making technical decisions and choices.Review technical designs and provide guidance to software engineers on technical and architectural design decisions.Work with software engineers and other architects to define and refine the product structure to align with the business, development, deployment, and maintenance needs.Work with customers and product line management to identify, refine, and translate customer needs into concrete technical requirements.Participate in and contribute to Product Review Board to decide on product roadmap, architecture, and design methodologies.Be part of the global architect and network with others to further innovation, technology, and process development.Our Offer to YouHybrid working model.Family Mediclaim benefits including parents & Term life insurance Cover.
