The Lead Software Developer - Design and Development shall be able to
• Understand and analyze the requirements of the project.• Implement the solution for the requirements of the project.• Suggest possible solutions for the given requirements.• Realize the requirements and implement it with highest quality and on time.• Guide project team members on technical topics. Ensure design & implementation are in alignment with architecture.
Desired knowledge and experience:• Over 8+ years of experience (including current role) in Software development using C#.• Good knowledge on C# .Net 4.0 or above.• Knowledge on WPF, WCF is desirable.• Strong C# or any OOPS programming skills, Design principles & patterns and a good understanding of the overall Architecture.• Past experience in Medical Domain is preferred.
