As a Lead Software Development, you will be building and managing an on-site team of up to 8 professionals to realize ESM solutions such as SMAX, tailored to our customers
Overseeing the design, agile development, testing and deployment of applications
Facilitating communication and coordination across cross-functional teams, breaking down silos
Evaluating the performance of your team members, providing regular feedback, performance appraisals and professional development opportunities
Advising the senior management regarding technological advancements and industry trends
University degree in an IT-related field
Several years of experience in a similar leadership position managing project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
Background in software development with Java or Python, with a solid understanding of OOP, multi-threaded apps and design patterns
Knowledge of agile development methods (Scrum or Kanban)
Fluency in Romanian and English
