Insight Global is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for a full-time opportunity with a large Banking client in the Mt. Laurel, NJ area. This person will lead a team of Engineers that support the Bank's customer facing applications. They will also help grow the existing team, and will lead both on-shore and off-shore resources.

This environment includes a high volume of web applications, as well as native mobile applications, all of which allow customers to access their own personal or commercial bank accounts. This Lead Engineer will provide technical expertise and guidance to others in a lead capacity and works autonomously. This Lead Engineer must possess Software Architecture and Design knowledge, and be comfortable with the process of implementation and Solutions Architecture. They will also act as the primary subject matter expert in multiple areas and consults with clients/or project teams with respect to all aspects of research, analysis, and design.
