Your Impact:

As a Lead Software Engineer you will Write technical specifications for new features and provide time estimates for assigned tasks

 

What The role offers:

Write technical specifications for new features and provide time estimates for assigned tasks. Work with Manager & Engineering team to assess technical feasibility of new features. Design and implement new features. Fix defects in existing software for regularly scheduled maintenance releases as well as patch releases. Manage customer issues and provide detailed and timely reports Work with various Documentum teams including QA and Customer Support to resolve technical issues. Program in C, C++

 

What you need to succeed:

Minimum of 10+ years of software development experience MS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent. Strong Analytical Skills Must have a demonstrated track record of managing and shipping “enterprise class” applications Proficient with one or more of the following : C, ++ Good understanding of enterprise product architecture Strong background in Object-oriented programming and Design Patterns Proven track record in development of software projects from start to finish on schedule in a quality manner Knowledgeable in software development best practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Considered a Big Plus:

Experience with Document Management and Web Content Management applications Knowledge of Web Services Working knowledge of newly evolving technologies Keen to pursue career growth in the technical ladder Proven innovator with patent disclosures/awards Excellent in articulation and influencing others
