Lead Software Engineer

Lead Software Engineer for Ecolab Inc. in St. Paul, Minnesota.

What you will do:

Design, build and support critical capabilities of the Customer Data Management platform using Tibco EBX. Interpret functional designs and produce high-quality solutions using Java, MS SQL and other technologies.Implement and configure data models within CDM, as per logical models defined by an architect and consumers. Become an expert in the technology and functionality of the CDM platform.Collaborate with scrum team members to ensure product goals are understood and achieved. Partner with Test team resources to ensure requirements are met and product quality remains high. Attend appropriate Agile/scrum ceremonies. Contribute to documentation efforts as appropriate.Bring a continuous improvement mindset to the role and be willing to provide ideas and inputs to the team. Work effectively with global team members.Lead the rest of the Tibco EBX development team by setting developmentstandards and processes.

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field (will accept foreign edu equiv) and 12 months of experience designing, building and supporting Master Data Management solutions using Tibco EBX and Java.

or

Alternatively Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field (will accept foreign edu equiv) and 36 months experience designing, building and supporting Master Data Management solutions using Tibco EBX and Java.

Preferred Requirements :

Demonstrated Expertise (“DE\") designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software to manage customer data including user access (user registration, user to location set up and user permission allocation) using Tibco EBX, Java, Azure Cloud and MS SQL. DE applying data governance for master data through data coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows. DE implementing and configuring the data models and workflows within Master Data Management (Tibco EBX) as per logical models defined by analysts and data governance teams. DE applying Agile Methodologies and technologies for Software Development Life Cycle within the Business process environment. DE building processes to expose MDM capabilities via Batch and Real time interfaces using Java, Rest API's, Messaging Frameworks and MS SQL

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $117,200.00 - $175,800.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
