You will be responsible for partnering with global teams to augment existing and implement new products and capabilities through the development cycle. In this role, it is critical to partnering with product management, architecture, business stakeholders and other engineering teams. That means that new features and products are delivered to production with speed, but also reinforced with a mature, agile development methodology and automated testing to ensure deliverables are of the highest quality. **WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON** As a Software Engineering Lead within the Finance & Procurement Technology (FPT) organization, you will help deliver the future of Nike’s solutions! Nike operates in over 50 countries around the world and has ambitious growth plans. This growth necessitates applications and platforms to automate processes and streamline our finance operations activities as we grow our business. You will work very closely with business partners and technology colleagues in the Finance & Procurement domain. You will participate in and support technology requirements gathering delivering solutions to meet business needs. You will be expected to configure and work with Business Process Automation solutions. In this role you will report to the Software Engineering Manager in Nike’s Poland Technology Center (PTC) in Gdansk. **WHAT YOU BRING** • Expertise with business process management (BPM) & workflow automations (Outsystems low-code platform and Robotic Process Automation) • You have Oustsystems certifications in architecture and as a developer • Experience with OutSystems Business Process Technology (BPT) • Strong knowledge of Outsystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, and Lifetime • Experience with mobile app development in Outsystems is a pre • Ability to design, develop, and debug applications • Knowledge of extending applications with custom code (SQL server, C#), integrations and API’s e.g. with SAP • Experience with managing the application lifecycle, continues integrations and deployments (Azure), DevOPS best practices and monitoring (Azure) • Understanding of best practices for scalability, performance tuning and security • Knowledge of Scrum and agile principles and tools (JIRA), with excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams • Knowledge of Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate is a pre \#LI-EMEA NIKE, Inc. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
