Job Description

Analyzes, designs, develops, tests, implements, and maintains or supports information technology solutions by creating new and/or modifying existing software applications that provide a business function for the organization or its customers. Initiatives may range from small enhancements through the largest, most complex development projects. The technical environment for software development consists of multiple system platforms and a variety of methodologies, techniques, languages, tools, and utilities. Advanced professional leading medium to large projects or working on complex or high-profile issues that require a broad perspective, conceptual thinking, and in-depth analysis to identify solutions. May also lead a process or function without direct reports. Demonstrates a depth and breadth of expertise within a discipline, and has a deep understanding of the business, financials, products/services, or market. Develops policies and procedures, and recommends best practices. Advises and provides direction to more junior professionals. Minimally requires a Master's degree and 4 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience, or high school degree and 8 years of related experience.
