What you’ll do:

Review and analyze the given software requirements for the system under test Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software products are delivered Prepare and manage test data to be used during test execution Identify and record defects found in the system based on the project’s defined standards and help in tracking resolution as well Record test execution results and document test evidences accordingly Collaborate with the development team to resolve and clarify any issues in a timely manner Validate defect fixes and record results on the defect management tool Report test execution status accurately Inform test lead/test manager of any risks or issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process. Propose improvements on the current testing processes
