HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\nYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:
\n\nHelp design and implement comprehensive IT solutions.\nHelp develop solution architectures, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.\nSupport third-party software development in a variety of languages and technology stacks.\nImplement secure coding practices aligned with OWASP standards.\nHelp establish and maintain security controls and reviews.\nOversee deployment and code management processes, maintaining code quality and integrity.\nContribute to DevOps initiatives and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.\nFacilitate system integrations with platforms like Office 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and third-party vendor platforms.\nGuide the implementation of Hilton’s required SDLC processes.\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nWork closely with other architects and be responsible for projects involving multiple third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and compliance with Hilton’s required SDLC processes.\nCommunicate technical solutions to stakeholders.\n\nWhat deliverables you will take ownership of:
\n\nManage SQL Server development tasks, optimizing data management and storage.\nCreate and maintain documentation, including Architecture Design Documents (ADD), architectural diagrams and solutions summaries.\n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nFive (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field\nStrong foundation in software development, databases, and system integration\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams\nNear our Dallas, TX or Memphis, TN corporate office locations\nTravel up to 5%\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
\n\nBachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience\nSeven (7) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field\nKnowledge of data storage technologies and Enterprise Cloud platforms\nProficiency in .NET, SQL Server, and security best practices.\n\nWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
