Responsibilities:  

Mentoring team members in the development and delivery of product and process solutions  Analyze Business Processes, capture macro-level business requirements, and design solutions for all requests on logistics-related platforms.  Working closely with process architects and solutions architects aligned to supply chain value streams to build longer-term Logistics solution strategies.  Work with Product Management to establish a short-term and long-term Logistics functional and technical roadmap to meet business demands.  Collaborate with the product management and delivery teams to drive the implementation according to the roadmap.  Evaluate current solution and application architecture to identify and address gaps and technical debt.   Identify the shortest route to fail fast to help speed up solution delivery.  Balance long-term planning, technical debt management, operational load, and team velocity while delivering new features.  Establish and maintain feature/technology mapping and drive governance towards achievement.
