Lead Solutions Engineer
**Your role at Dynatrace** **What’s the role?** We are looking for Sales Engineers who have a strong background in selling SaaS solutions and understand all phases of the sales cycle and can partner with our field team to drive high sales growth across APAC. This role will be based in Manilia, Philippines. You are comfortable engaging early in a deal to help set sales strategy, understand how to lead discovery, craft a solution to solve a customer’s business need, and get deep in validating how Dynatrace’s solutions address that need in real time. Additionally, you should be able to understand a customer’s IT infrastructure and software architecture. **Responsibilities:-** • Together with the Sales team you will be selling the market leading unified Observability platform using state-of-the-art sales and marketing techniques. • You will be responsible for driving business growth by presenting Dynatrace’s vision to our customers’ C-suite executives and owning and executing the Technical Sales cycle. • You will evangelize Dynatrace’s product offerings during customer and partner events to promote new and expanded business. • You will provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and supporting technical evaluations (POVs). You will help qualify and close business opportunities with customers and partners • You will advise customers in technical matters around Observability, Digital Customer Experience, Business Analytics, Log Analytics etc. • You will tie Dynatrace technology to the business value and help sales teams and customers build business case. • You will ensure customers maximize their return on investment in Dynatrace. • You will closely work with an integrated account team including Sales Development Reps, Account Mangers, Customer Success Managers & Engineers, Partner Sales Managers etc. **What will help you succeed** **Requirements:** + An excellent team player, with the ability to work across all disciplines. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical value into business value. + At least 10 years as a Solutions Engineer (preferred), Solution Architect, Technology Consultant (Big4), Software Developer or Implementation Consultant with experience leading projects and/or working with customers + Strong technical background and sales/customer orientation, modern practice (DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE, Platform Engineering) preferred. + Experience with Observability, Automation, Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Native Architecture and Kubernetes etc. + Hands-on experience working with programming languages including Java, .NET, PHP, Node.js, Golang, Python etc. + Experience in selling and working with SaaS solutions + Open to travel to customer sites. **Why you will love being a Dynatracer** + Dynatrace is a leader in unified observability and security. + We provide a culture of excellence with competitive compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance. + Our employees work with the largest cloud providers, including AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud, and other leading partners worldwide to create strategic alliances. + The Dynatrace platform uses cutting-edge technologies, including our own Davis hypermodal AI, to help our customers modernize and automate cloud operations, deliver software faster and more securely, and enable flawless digital experiences. + Over 50% of the Fortune 100 companies are current customers of Dynatrace.
