TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain a regular scheduled case load when not assisting Technical Supervisor Assist in the management of designated technical staff scheduling

Participate in site inspections as directed.

Assist in the technical training for new hires and existing staff, as needed. Assist in and or participate in, if requested, annual performance reviews for designated technical staff members Work directly with call center manager, ultrasound specialist staff and trad department, if requested, to resolve customer and reading physician issues. Assist in the coordination and implementation of Quality Assurance Programs for designated technical staff. Responsible for the resolution of day-to-day field issues such as call outs, fleet (vehicle) problems and equipment issues with appropriate company personnel Complete other assignments/projects requested by the Technical Supervisor or Director of Technical Services.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

.Must be registered in at least one Ultrasound Modality, preferably   two  Valid driver's license in the applicable state and in good current standing at all times Must have strong management and interpersonal communication skills. Minimum of one (1) year of mobile ultrasound field experience or its equivalent
