Roles and Responsibilities

Represent ITO Sourcing during the tender stage, ensuring cost, lead time accuracy, and risk/opportunity analysisRepresent OTR Sourcing during project execution, collaborating with the project team to meet timelines and budgetsMaintain highest QEHS standards in decision-making with stakeholdersInfluence projects, processes, and procedures with some autonomy, applying professional judgmentUse technical expertise to solve problems, leveraging internal resources for decision-makingImplement Global Sourcing policy (QMS) in ITO and OTR activities, contributing to cost optimization and maturityCoordinate with regional and global commodity leaders to ensure the best cost and cycle scenariosMitigate sourcing risks during ITO and support margin improvement during OTRManage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, lead negotiations, and optimize supplier panelsEnsure effective sourcing strategies, manage claims, and support commercial activitiesDevelop in-depth knowledge of business disciplines and network internally to achieve KPIs and objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering fields, preferably electrical or mechanical engineeringMinimum 5-6 years of extensive sourcing experiencePreferably minimum 3 years of experience in substation’s executions and electrical worksGood knowledge for digitalization and global business acumen & strategic visionBeing comfortable with hybrid working conditionsBeing comfortable living in Ankara or CairoAdvanced level of English both oral & writtenPreferably advanced level of Arabic
