Seeking Full-Time Certified Lead Teacher for Therapeutic Girls Middle/High School 

Starting Salary: $55,146.00/year + Additional Compensation for higher certification levels

Schedule:  M-F 8-5pm

 

 

Job Summary:

Plan and implement educational instruction and services in accordance with GA Dept of Education and as required by each student's Individual Education Program (IEP)

Perform supervisory duties that promote teacher growth and development

Hold administrative responsibilities that enhance compliance with quality improvement goals. 

Additional duties as assigned.

We are excited to announce we have broken ground on a brand new campus!  Due to Devereux Georgia's history of success in treating victims since 2009,  the state has chosen to use Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health for their newly approved treatment program. The 24-bed program is a Child Caring Institution (Group Home) for victimized females between the ages of 12 and 17.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Must be 21+Valid Drivers LicenseBachelor's degree, Master's preferred.Georgia Teaching certification, Special Education Teaching Certification SPED preferredThree (3) years teaching experience

Schedule:

Initial new hire paid training:  2 weeks M-F, 8:30a - 5:30p located in Kennesaw, GAPost training:  School located in Lawrenceville, M-F 8-5p
