Our Client & Managed Services team is part of the Buy Side Services organization providing support and services for our Buyside clients globally. As a member of this team – you are an individual who is enthusiastic, intellectually curious and takes pride in the work they do. We offer the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in the FactSet Performance Measurement, Attribution, Risk, Reporting and Analytics products suite and solutions by bridging the gap between investment and software professionals. The role requires collaborative partnership with a diverse range of stakeholders including client representatives, sales, product specialists and engineers.
What You’ll Do:
The Lead Specialist, Specialty Services is a subject matter expert in one or more of FactSet’s Specialty Products, tasked with retaining business by delivering on high-value projects and engagements. They are primarily responsible for resolving client requests related to our Specialty Products, serving as main lines of contact for select specialty product users and clients, acting as escalation, and a key contributor to internal specialty product training.
