As the Lead Specialist, SEO and SEM for Stryker’s Medical Division team, you will drive the strategy, management, and execution of all paid advertising and SEO campaigns. In this role, you’ll collaborate across functions to optimize digital performance, enhance brand visibility, and support our global initiatives.
What you will do:
Assess competitive insights and adjusts messaging, strategy and tacticsDevelop persuasive, benefit-driven messaging for different customer groups in alignment with their needsWrite and communicate key documents: business reviews, marketing strategies, proposals and recommendationsCreate, lead, develop, and execute marketing communication strategies to understand, develop, and enhance the relationship between the customer and the product or portfolioAssist in the development and execution of Commercialization Plans for launches and Annual Marketing PlansApply clinical knowledge in combination with technical knowledge to develop unique and enticing assets for sales teamAbility to identify sales needs based on feedback and current landscapeLeverage the different marketing channel strategies and makes strategic channel decisions based upon ROI and tracks the impactWrite and edit publishing materials, scripts or other communication mediaLead with assistance the development of marketing copy or promotional text for specific types of publicationsMake oral presentations and write reports needed for own workEstablish short-range and long-range improvement goals for the product management team, and under guidance, develop action plans to achieve those goalsLead cross-divisional collaboration to align on key events/tradeshows. Manage and maintain show calendar and budget. Lead ROI program that includes tracking leads post-show.Minimum Qualifications (Required):
Bachelor’s degree required4 years of work experience requiredPreferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
4 years’ work experience in Digital Marketing or other related areaMinimum of 2 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO and SEM campaignsPrevious experience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe AnalyticsPrevious experience with content management systems such as AEM$77,200 - $160,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
