Your Role:

You’ll lead the charge in Critical Risk Management, developing and implementing best practices to ensure an unwavering focus on critical hazards and their controls. This includes:

Standardising tools & processes for critical risk management across all assets,

Embedding Critical Risk Management into daily operations,

Establishing common verification approaches for critical controls,

Driving governance & assurance for quality control verifications,

Strengthening risk management capacity across Gold Fields, and,

Ensuring critical risk data monitors the performance and informs real-time, risk-based decision-making.

What You Bring:

Relevant qualifications in safety or risk management,

Extensive industry experience (international exposure highly regarded),

Proven leadership in safety & risk within the resources sector,

Strong collaboration skills – working across diverse teams, and,

A strategic execution mindset – turning vision into action.
