We have a great opportunity within the Perfumery & Beauty Business Units as a Lead Specialist CX (French) based in Barcelona, Spain.
As a Lead Specialist, you will take full ownership of planning and customer care activities for one of our Strategic Accounts, acting as the single point of contact for all service and supply chain inquiries. You'll be responsible for managing Order-to-Cash processes, maintaining high service levels, and aligning inventory with company targets. By building strong relationships with our commercial partners and stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Take the lead and ownership on planning and customer care activities for one of our Strategic Accounts.
+ Perform daily production schedules in line with the batch size and inventory policies.
+ Keep service levels and inventory in alignment with the company’s targets.
+ Efficiently processes Order-to-Cash activities from order entry through order confirmation until the delivery at customer´s sites.
+ Act as a single point of contact for all inquiries related to service and supply chain.
+ Build customer intimacy by continuously capturing relevant information on customers’ business, organization, processes, and constraints.
+ Monitor relevant indicators that measure the level of service and propose related action plans for service improvements.
+ Build an intimate relationship with dsm-firmenich commercial partners and stakeholders.
+ Proactively seek innovative ways to enhance customer's satisfaction and improve dsm-firmenich operating efficiencies

**Main Requirements:**
+ **3-5 years** related experience with Planning and/or Customer Care.
+ **Fluent in English and French** (Mandatory).
+ Excellent **planning** , organizational and communication skills.
+ Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
+ Detailed oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
+ Excellent computer skills in MS office applications (Word, Excel, Access) and the ability to quickly learn new software/ERP packages, knowledge of SAP environment is a plus.
+ Familiar with working in an industrial (ideally in Flavors & Fragrances) environment.
+ Team player and network builder
