**Job Title: Lead Specialist CX (French)** **Location: Barcelona, Spain** **Place of Work: Barcelona** We have a great opportunity within the Perfumery & Beauty Business Units as a Lead Specialist CX (French) based in Barcelona, Spain. As a Lead Specialist, you will take full ownership of planning and customer care activities for one of our Strategic Accounts, acting as the single point of contact for all service and supply chain inquiries. You'll be responsible for managing Order-to-Cash processes, maintaining high service levels, and aligning inventory with company targets. By building strong relationships with our commercial partners and stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
