In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Establish and document new and existing processes or process modifications. Provide user training to the customer care team. Lead or participate in testing of the ERP system based on changes made to the business process. Analyze data and work with customer care supervisors and team Leaders to spearhead process improvement initiatives that help meet business objectives. Recognized as a subject matter expert in business processes, systems, and tools.

You can proficiently communicate ideas, collaborate, and efficiently work with people at any level, excelling in a team environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Commercial Management, or Engineering. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Project Management and Business Analysis. Proven process improvement experiences. Knowledge of Business System tools such as Oracle, CRM, and other applicable tools.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Planning and alignment capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation and training delivery skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral forms.
